Conclusion of contract

The accommodation contract is binding with a written or verbal room reservation, which is confirmed by us. The purpose of the contract is the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation. Subletting or subletting of the rooms provided is not permitted.

Availability of booked rooms

Booked rooms are available to the guest on the day of arrival from 12:00 p.m. and are kept free until 6:00 p.m. If the guest does not appear by this time, we reserve the right to rent the room to someone else. The guest can arrange a later arrival by specifying the time. The room will then be kept free until the agreed time. A credit card is required as a guarantee. For check-in, we ask that you contact us by phone or email on the day of arrival, as our reception is not manned all the time.

On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the room by 12:00 p.m. If the room is vacated late, we are entitled to charge €10 per hour or part thereof, from 3:00 p.m. 100% of the room price.

We try to take the wishes of our customers into account as far as possible. However, there is no entitlement to be given a specific room. If a certain room z. B. not available as planned because another guest is extending his stay, the guest can be rented a different room than promised.

Prices and Payment

The prices are determined according to the current daily rate. Prices that are confirmed by us less than 90 days before departure are binding. If the reservation is made more than 90 days before arrival, the price may change, e.g. B. change due to fluctuating market conditions.

Statutory sales tax is included in the prices. Should the legislator change the sales tax rate, the room price can be adjusted accordingly. The overnight price is usually paid on site upon departure in cash, by girocard or with a credit card that we accept. Companies can pay by bank transfer after sending an invoice if they declare the costs to be covered in good time. We reserve the right to request part or all of the amount in advance.

If special prices have been agreed, these will be paid either in advance or in cash or by girocard upon departure. In this case, payments by credit card are only possible at an additional cost. For long-term stays, billing is done weekly in cash or monthly against prepayment.

Cancellation of contract by the hotel

The following circumstances entitle us to withdraw from the contract without the guest being able to claim damages:

Force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible that make it impossible to fulfill the contract.
The guest books under misleading or false information of essential facts, e.g. B. concerning his person or the purpose of the room rental.
There is reason to believe that the smooth running of business or the safety of the hotel or other guests could be jeopardized.

Withdrawal from the contract by the customer - cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed, the reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 12:00 p.m. seven days before arrival. If you cancel later or not at all, cancellation costs will apply.

If the guest leaves before the end of the booked stay, cancellation costs will be charged for the nights not used.

The payment of the cancellation costs arises from the legal obligation of the guest to pay the price for the room provided if the room was not canceled properly. The amount is calculated from the room price minus the saved expenses for all nights on which the room cannot be given to someone else. If the room is rented to a lower price, the difference can be charged. The following sentences apply

Overnight stay with breakfast: 90% of the room price for the booked period.

Smoking

Our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smokers are asked to go outside to smoke, there is an ashtray available there. If the non-smoking rule is ignored and smoked in the room, a special cleaning fee of 50.00 euros will be charged.

Taking pets with you

Bringing a pet must be agreed with us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse to bring an animal.

If we have given our consent, a corresponding daily flat rate of €25 must be paid. This includes neither the provision of a special place to sleep nor the feeding of the animal. Blankets and the like as well as food for the animal are to be brought by the guest.

The guest is liable for any damage caused by the animal.

Things you brought with you

Any liability is excluded for items brought along. Personal items that the guest leaves in the room after departure will be kept with us for four weeks and, if requested by the guest, will be sent at his own expense. If the guest does not report within the retention period, the items will no longer be retained; Valuables will be handed over to the local lost and found office.

right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hotel Fetsch, Einsteinstraße 13 68519 Viernheim, 0176 30560969, dogus-arslan@hotmail.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.

You can fill out the model cancellation form or any other clear statement electronically and send it by email. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
